NSW; Dubbo swings back to Independent

SYDNEY, April 14 AAP - Victory in the central New South Wales seat of Dubbo has swung back
to Independent candidate Tony McGrane after a third round of counting.

The state electoral office said Mr McGrane has beaten National Party candidate Richard
Mutton by 14 votes.

But the National Party tonight refused to say whether it would go to the Court of Disputed
Returns until the seat was officially declared tomorrow.
